the staff was lovely and helpful. i also found the room big, clean, and very comfy. the location beside the tyne river was beautiful, oh my!!!
the chair in my room was broken, that was a shame.

friendly staff clean room
the staff were friendly. the room was clean and well presented! i enjoyed having an iron and board readily available in the room. complimentary water was a welcome touch!
The sink leaked in the bathroom. It was quite inconvenient. i hope they address this .

advantageous location friendly staff onsite parking thin wall slippery bathroom broken shower
The location is advantageous, it has so much to offer nearby. I found the staff to be very friendly. There is onsite parking very close to the hotel. This is a bonus.
The room walls are thin, you can hear the neighbours. The bathroom floor was dangerously slippery when getting out of the shower. the shower height could not be adjusted as it was broken.
